Getting started for businesses

Find a provider, compare the evidence behind their work and ask for quotes. Free for businesses.

Find providers

Pick a kind of work from Find providers, or search the whole directory. Each category page lists every provider in it, verified first, with a short guide: when you need one, what to ask before hiring and the evidence a good one can show.

Filters (minimum project, hourly rate, team size, industry, client size, rating) appear once a list has 6 or more providers. They only narrow the list; they never change its order.

I am a business. How do I find a service provider?

Use "Get matched": say what you need in your own words and see the providers that fit, with the facts behind each one. Then ask them for a quote or post a brief. Getting matched, asking for quotes and posting a brief are free.

  1. Open "Get matched" and describe the work.
  2. Compare the providers it shows: verification, reviews and portfolio.
  3. Press "Get a quote" on the ones you like, or post a brief for everyone who fits.

How are providers ordered in lists?

Verified providers are listed first, and verification comes with the Pro plan. After that, providers with the most work confirmed on Few Found come first. Sponsored places can sit above the list on category, city and search pages: they are always marked "Sponsored", there are at most 3 on a page, and never on Top 10 lists. Verification, reviews and Top 10 lists are never sold.

How we check and order

Ask for quotes

Open a profile and press "Get a quote". You need a free account. The request goes to the provider as a message, and they also get an email.

  • One open request per provider at a time: follow up in the same conversation.
  • Up to 10 new quote requests a day.
  • Describe the work in 30 to 2,000 characters.

How do I ask a provider for a quote?

Press "Get a quote" on their profile. It is free; you need a business account, and the form takes a minute. Your request becomes the first message of a conversation with the provider.

  1. Open the provider's profile and press "Get a quote".
  2. Pick the service, your budget and when you want to start.
  3. Describe what you need in a few sentences and press "Send request".
  4. Follow it under "Your requests"; you can withdraw it while it is open.

How do I post a brief?

A brief tells providers what you need. We tell the ones that match, and their applications arrive in your dashboard under "Your requests". You need a free business account.

  1. Open "Post a brief".
  2. Describe the work, who can apply and by when.
  3. Read the applications in your dashboard and reply to the ones you like.

What you can trust

  • "Verified" means a person at Few Found checked four parts of the provider's business and decided. The badge links to a public record that shows what was checked, including whether a client reference confirmed the work.
  • Reviews exist only after both sides confirmed they worked together.
  • Top 10 lists include verified providers only, and appear once 3 providers in a category are verified.
  • Sponsored places are always marked "Sponsored" and shown apart. Verification, reviews and Top 10 places are never sold.

How do I check whether a provider is really verified?

Enter their Verification ID on the certificate check page. It shows whether the verification is valid today, its four-part seal and its history.

Can I pay to appear at the top?

Yes, with a sponsored place at the top of a category page, a city page or search. It is always marked "Sponsored", at most 3 share a page, and they never appear on Top 10 lists. A sponsored place never changes anyone's verification, reviews or place in a Top 10 list. Our team sends you an offer; you accept and pay online, and see views and clicks in your dashboard.
