Requirements
What it takes to be listed, to have a complete profile, to appear in the Rising Lane and Top 10 lists, and to be verified.
To be listed in the directory
- A provider account: agency or service firm, media company, or creator. Brand (buyer) accounts are never listed, though their profiles stay public.
- Profile visibility set to public (Dashboard → Settings → Notifications & Privacy → Profile Visibility). A private profile does not show in search and its page is not available.
- An account in good standing: suspended accounts are not listed.
You appear in a category when your services include the category's name or one of its services (generalist categories such as "Marketing agencies" ask for two or more), or, for creator categories, when you are a creator. Saving your profile updates the category pages straight away; at the latest they rebuild within an hour.
A complete profile
Businesses compare these first, and a profile without them says "Not shared":
- A description of at least 40 characters, a website, a picture, your services and your location.
- Your size: team size for agencies, audience for media companies and creators.
- Your minimum project size, and your hourly rate band (not asked of creators).
- At least one portfolio project (up to 3 on the Free plan).
Newcomers can also be shown in the Rising Lane on Top lists: not verified yet, joined in the last 90 days, and at least 3 of description, website, picture, services and location filled in. The place rotates daily in name order and cannot be bought.
To be verified
A person checks four parts, and all four must be met:
- Client delivery: The work happened and was delivered: contract or invoice excerpts, campaign data, and clients Few Found contacted.
- Team and capability: The people and skills behind the services offered.
- Registration and tax: Company registration and GST or MSME records, checked by a person from documents.
- Commercial transparency: Fee structure, contract terms and any conflicts disclosed to Few Found.
For creators the same four parts are worded for a person: brand delivery, channels and audience, identity and tax, commercial transparency.
Every application includes:
- Your official business details (registration number, GST, or the equivalent abroad)
- Who is behind the business: the people in charge and their LinkedIn profiles
- One client reference we can contact
Each category adds the evidence its buyers ask for (for example Search Console screenshots for SEO): it is listed on the category's own page under "Evidence a good provider can show".
The client reference: approval needs a client who confirms the work to the reviewer. A reviewer can approve without one only by writing down why, and the public record then says "Not confirmed", so a buyer always sees which it was. The client's name is never published.
