How verification works

From payment to decision, how long it lasts, renewal, and what each status on a public record means.

Applying

  1. Choose Pro on Get verified and pay (UPI or card).
  2. Fill in the application: links to delivered work, at least one client reference, your team and services, registration numbers (GSTIN, CIN or Udyam, if any), and your pricing, contract terms and any conflicts of interest. You can leave and come back to it from your dashboard.
  3. A person reviews it. We aim to contact you within a few business days; if we ask for more information, the review continues once you reply.
  4. You get the decision by email. Approved: your profile shows Verified and links to your public record. Not approved: the fee is refunded automatically.

What does a person check before verifying us?

The four parts of the seal: Client delivery, Team and capability, Registration and tax and Commercial transparency. Automated checks prepare a report for the reviewer, but a person at Few Found decides each part, and you are verified only when all four are met.

  1. Client delivery: The work happened and was delivered: contract or invoice excerpts, campaign data, and clients Few Found contacted.
  2. Team and capability: The people and skills behind the services offered.
  3. Registration and tax: Company registration and GST or MSME records, checked by a person from documents.
  4. Commercial transparency: Fee structure, contract terms and any conflicts disclosed to Few Found.

Does paying for Pro guarantee approval?

No. Verification is earned: Pro pays for a review by a person, never for approval or leads. If the application is not approved, the fee is refunded in full.

What happens if we are not approved?

Your Pro fee is refunded in full to the original payment method, automatically; banks usually show it within 5 to 7 business days. Your profile stays listed on the Free plan, shown as not verified. Once the refund is issued you can apply again from your dashboard.

How long it lasts, and renewal

Verification lasts 12 months and never renews or charges on its own. From 30 days before it expires you can renew at Renew; a renewal is a new review by a person. While it runs, your badge keeps its date and says "re-evaluation in progress". Approved: a new year is added on top of the time you had left. Not approved: the renewal fee is refunded.

We email you 30 days, a week and a day before expiry, and when it has expired.

How long does verification last?

One year from the verification date. The expiry date is shown on your public record, and we remind you before it expires. When it lapses, the verified mark stops showing until you renew and the renewal is approved.

Renew verification

Does Pro renew automatically?

No. Nothing on Few Found renews or charges automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. You can renew from 30 days before your verification expires, as a separate payment you choose to make. A renewal is a new check by a person; when it is approved, a new year is added on top of the time you have left. If it is not approved, the renewal fee is refunded.

Renew verification

What a public record says

Verified
Valid today. The record lists the four parts, how each was checked and when.
Verified · re-evaluation in progress
A renewal is being reviewed; the verification keeps its date until a decision.
Expired
It was not renewed in time. The company is not verified now, and the mark is hidden on its profile.
Withdrawn
Few Found withdrew it, for example for false information or misuse of the mark. Not refunded.
Client reference: Confirmed
A client named in the application confirmed the work to a reviewer, on the date shown.
Client reference: Not confirmed
The reviewer approved without a confirmed reference and recorded why. Ask the company for a reference of your own.
Client reference: None on record
Decided before reference checks were kept; one is recorded at the next renewal.
